Here at FLOWERS IN THE AVENUE our aim is to provide a high class, personal flower delivery service along wih our expert Flower Consultancy service for those special occasions that require a little extra magic.
We will do all we can to ensure that your experience with us is enjoyable and that your flowers arrive at their new home in peak condition.
- Ethical living is important to us and from beginning to end of your shopping experience with us you can rest assured that we are doing all we can to reduce our eco footprint.
- All our stationary is printed using paper from sustainable forests
- We use natural packaging where possible and less is more for us
- Our cellophane is biodegradable, that's why it looks a bit smoky
- We compost all our green waste
- We recycle all our cardboard
Fair Flowers Fair Plants
We are members of this exciting new initiative which is working to improve the standards within the flower industry, encompassing producers, wholesalers and retailers. Members resolve to improve working conditions for their staff, use fewer chemicals and generally be more responsible producers and employers making for a more ethical industry. By stocking FFP products we are supporting this initiative which is in it's infancy in the UK we're honoured to be a part of it and are busy sourcing more products to add to our collection.
British Grown Products
We endeavour to use home grown flowers where possible to reduce our flower miles but of course the good old British weather plays a big part in what's available to us!
